Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, phone, business details and your message when you send an inquiry or book a call.
- Booking details: appointments are scheduled through Microsoft Bookings, which collects your name, email, phone number, chosen service and time slot.
- Technical data: basic data such as your browser type and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider to run and secure the site.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and schedule and run consultations.
- To provide bookkeeping or insurance services you request.
- To keep our site secure and working, and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as Microsoft (Microsoft 365 and Bookings), Netlify (website hosting and contact form handling), QuickBooks (Intuit) when you become a client, and a licensed CPA partner if you ask us to coordinate tax work. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Client records
If you become a client, the financial records you share are used only to deliver your services and are handled under your written agreement with us.
Cookies and third-party content
We do not use advertising cookies. Embedded content, such as the Microsoft booking calendar and links to social media sites, may set their own cookies under their own policies.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, and we use reasonable safeguards, including access controls on our business accounts. No system is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal requirements. California residents may have additional rights under California law. To make a request, email info@deb.money.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
