Services begin only after both parties agree to a written scope, responsibilities, timing and pricing. Descriptions on this website are general and are not a binding offer.

Fees and billing

Published plan prices are monthly and depend on transaction volume and the services included. Hourly work, cleanup, QuickBooks setup and payroll are quoted in your written scope before work starts. Any change in volume or scope may change the price, and we will tell you first.

Client responsibilities

You agree to give complete, accurate and timely information, to keep appropriate access to your own systems, and to review the reports we deliver and tell us about anything that looks wrong.

Professional boundaries

Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, DEB.money does not provide legal, tax-return preparation, investment, audit or assurance services. Tax filing and advice are handled by a licensed CPA. Insurance products are offered by a California-licensed agent (license number 4418334), and nothing on this site is an offer or recommendation of a specific policy. Please consult a qualified professional for those matters.

Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential and use it only to provide your services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Communication and timing

Delivery timing depends on receiving the records and answers we need. Material delays or scope changes may require a revised schedule or quote.
